Director, producer, actor.

Born on 9 May 1967 in Moscow to the family of the filmmaker Sergei Fedorovich Bondarchuk and the actress Irina Konstantinovna Skobtseva.

Finished school in 1984 and enrolled at the director's faculty of the Film Institute (VGIK). Between 1985-87 he completed his army service, after which he continued his studies at the Film Institute, combining his study with filming the epic Stalingrad, directed by his teacher Yuri Ozerov.

Upon graduation from VGIK in 1991 he formed the producer’s company “Art Pictures Group”. On the basis of this company he organised, 14 years later and together with producer Dmitri Rudovsky, the film company “Art Pictures Studio”.

He directs films, musicals and advertising clips.

He manages film and art and music projects.

He works as actor, director and television presenter. Member of the Television Academy.
